All money raised we were told, would stay right here in Vegas which delighted all those in attendance. This event started around 3pm with a VIP Red Carpet event, then kicking off the show was ex-Megadeth guitarist Jeff Young along with Sherri Klein, followed by a whole list of bands. Those who played for the event were Berdoo, Tara Alouise, Baker's Dozen, Scott Burkhart with Scott DIlger and Scott Westbrook, NACCA Project, SJ Sindicate, Driven, DIve Bomber, Cyanide, Attack of the Rising, Tailgun, and DC4.

Additional money was raised through a raffle that featured some great collectable items, such as $200 in Tattoos, a guitar signed by those who played that night, and a $3000 custom made guitar and drumsticks signed by Stephen Perkins of Jane's Addiction. One of the highlight was finally getting to see the crazy band Dive Bomber with frontman Nomad who has the most amazing body paint everytime he performs. Also seeing DC4 tear up the stage featuring the Duncan Brothers - Jeff on guitar, Matt on bass, Shawn on drums and ex-DIO guitarist Rowan Robertson also on guitar. This was a long but laid back event and it seemed everyone had a great time at this very worthy cause.
