The only way to beat the heat in Las Vegas is to sit poolside! Lucky for all of you, Punk Rock Bowling & Music Festival and The Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino have joined forces to create a huge splash with this years Pool Parties! The new location at the Citrus Grand Pool Deck is a pool-party paradise showcasing more than 35,000 square feet of rooftop fun including a sparkling infinity pool, restaurant and full bar, and backyard games. With a venue like this we had to create equally exciting lineups! Daily headliners H2O, The Pietasters, and Sloppy Seconds will be supported by the rousing Sharp Shock, Rude Pride, and Blanks 77! Spotted shopping for new swim trucks vocalist Toby Morse from H2O added, “We have never played any pool party’s before in our 25-year career which makes zero sense as we are “The Water Boys” of hardcore. We are very excited and hope for many stage dives & cannonballs in the pool pit!”
Festival-goers who have booked a room at the Downtown Grand will receive two wristbands (per room, not per guest) upon check-in. These wristbands are good for Priority Early Access opportunity at 9:00 am to the daily pool parties. Public Access for Non-Guests will take place at 11:30 am until capacity is reached. Bands play from 12:00- 2:00 pm. Pool Parties are 18 and over!
The main festival stage is all ages, but the club shows are 21+. Alongside the festival itself, there is the annual bowling tournament which gave Punk Rock Bowling its name, as well as club shows, a poker tournament, and comedy shows—plus all the booze and gambling your wallet can handle.
