HINDER returns to Las Vegas with ROYAL BLISS and BRAVO DELTA at the HOB LV

It’s been a few years since Hinder has been live in concert in Vegas, and last time Austin Winkler was on vocals, so we were excited to check out new (ish) singer Marshall Dutton who has been in control of the mic these past few years. The band returns to Vegas to the House of Blues with guests Bravo Delta and Royal Bliss, two mainstay performers on the Vegas metal scene.

Vegas locals BRAVO DELTA opened the show, and this is an accomplished local band who have kept a very high profile in the local music scene. These guys seem to work non-stop at their craft, and it shows in their concerts. This was their first show back in Vegas after two months out on the road in support of their new CD Unbreakable. With a new CD, music videos and now on tour this band is doing everything to be a huge success in the music world.

Out of Salt Lake City, Utah, ROYAL BLISS was next on the roster, and when we last caught Royal Bliss a few months ago in Vegas they blew us away. This is a solid band with really catchy songs, and it’s hard to believe that this band has been around since 1997, and they also have 10 studio albums under their belt, and is a band not to miss.

Hinder took the stage as the headlining act and it took all of maybe 30 seconds to realize that singer Marshall Dutton has the charisma that this band needed, and was a perfect fit for the updated lineup. With a sleek clean looking stage setup and some of the best lighting we have seen in a long time, Hinder stormed the stage and opened the show with “I Need Another Drink” followed by “Up All Night”. It was evident right then and there that this is the NEW Hinder and the crowd responded in full and cheered the band on for the set. The band did a surprisingly good rocking cover of the Eagles "Life In the Fast Lane", which the fans absolutely loved. Of course no Hinder show would be complete without the songs “Lips Of An Angel and Get Stoned”, and you would of thought this was the last show of the tour the way the band threw out drumsticks, guitar picks and setlists to the fans as the last song ended and the show closed - it was a non stop barrage of goodies to those who were lucky enough to get close enough to the stage to snag the souvenirs. This was a great show for a Sunday night and a great band to see once again in Vegas!
